Leila's bellydance journey began 25 years ago with her first class at the local BOCES school. Since then she has continued her study of the dance with workshops from Florida to New York and even took a bellydance cruise to the Bahamas! Leila has danced with Desert Rhythms (formerly Bal Azizia) for 10 years. She continues to enjoy her involvement in this dance form, and the friendships maintained for over 20 years.
